Sharkey, Tyrant of the Shire (PLTR-229s foil) is a legendary Creature — Avatar Rogue from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos set. It gains all activated abilities of lands your opponents control except mana abilities and prevents those lands’ activated abilities from being activated unless they are mana abilities. You may spend mana as though it were any color to pay costs for Sharkey’s abilities, letting it use flexible colors to activate those gained abilities.
