Description

Lobelia Sackville-Baggins (PLTR-399s, Foil) is a black Legendary Creature — Halfling Citizen from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos. It has Flash and Menace and enters the battlefield to exile an opponent's creature card that was put into their graveyard from the battlefield this turn, then creates X Treasure tokens equal to the exiled card's power. That interaction lets it serve both as graveyard-targeted removal for short-lived threats and as a source of ramp by converting enemy creatures into Treasure.
