Description

Frodo Baggins (PLTR 404s foil) is a legendary Halfling Scout creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos set. Whenever Frodo or another legendary creature you control enters, the Ring tempts you, creating and upgrading an emblem named The Ring and letting you choose a Ring-bearer. While Frodo is your Ring-bearer, it must be blocked if able, changing combat dynamics by requiring at least one creature to block it when possible.
