Description

Phial of Galadriel (PLTR-248s foil) is a Legendary Artifact from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos set. It replaces a draw when you have no cards in hand to draw two cards instead, doubles life gained while you have five or less life, and can tap for one mana of any color. Its replacement effects stack with additional copies and interact with draw and life-change instructions in specific, cumulative ways.
