Palantír of Orthanc (PLTR-247s foil) is a Legendary Artifact promo from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos set. At each of your end steps it gains an influence counter, lets you scry 2, then an opponent may let you draw or else you mill X cards and that opponent loses life equal to their total mana value, where X is the number of influence counters on it. The card provides incremental advantage and a recurring mill/damage punishment that can fuel graveyard strategies or disrupt opponents while also offering scry-related selection.
