Gandalf the White (PLTR-19s foil) is a Legendary Creature — Avatar Wizard from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos set. It grants flash to itself and lets you cast legendary and artifact spells as though they had flash. While on the battlefield, it causes triggered abilities that trigger when a legendary permanent or an artifact enters or leaves the battlefield to trigger an additional time.
