Gandalf, Friend of the Shire (PLTR 401s foil) is a legendary creature avatar wizard from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos set. It grants flash and lets you cast sorcery spells as though they had flash, changing when you can cast non-instant spells. A triggered ability draws a card whenever the Ring tempts you and you had chosen a different creature as your Ring-bearer than Gandalf.
