Elrond, Master of Healing (PLTR-200s foil) is a legendary Elf Noble creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos. Its first ability places +1/+1 counters on up to X creatures when you scry, where X equals the number of cards you looked at, letting scrying grow your board. Its secondary ability draws you cards whenever an opponent targets any of your creatures that already have +1/+1 counters, providing card advantage and synergy with the first ability.
