Description

Arwen, Mortal Queen (PLTR-193s foil) is a legendary Elf Noble creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Promos set. She enters the battlefield with an indestructible counter and can pay {1} and remove that counter to grant another creature indestructible until end of turn while putting a +1/+1 counter and lifelink on both Arwen and the target. Her activated ability is paid as a cost so Arwen can be sacrificed to lethal damage before the effect resolves if she already has lethal damage when the ability is activated.
