Ziatora's Envoy (SNC 232) is a rare Lizard Warrior creature from Streets of New Capenna. It has trample and a combat-triggered ability that lets you look at the top card of your library and either play a land or cast a spell from the top with mana value up to the damage dealt for free, otherwise you draw it. It also has a Blitz alternative casting cost that lets you cast it early for a different effect and will cause it to be sacrificed later when appropriate.
