Description

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor (SNC-468) is a legendary Phyrexian Praetor creature from Streets of New Capenna. It has haste and replaces upkeep draws by exiling the top card of the library and allowing that player to play that card that turn for both you and each opponent's affected draw. Its effect can accelerate or disrupt card access for any player and interacts with timing and play restrictions for lands and spells.
