When it enters the battlefield it makes a 1/1 green and white Citizen token, can be tapped and sacrificed for one mana of any color, and has a five-color activated ability that lets you pay WUBRG, tap and sacrifice it to draw three cards. Its abilities support both early ramp via Treasure and a late-game card draw payoff.
