Description

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor (SNC 360) is a legendary red Phyrexian Praetor creature from Streets of New Capenna. It has haste and an upkeep-trigger that exiles the top card of your library each turn allowing you to play that card that turn, and similarly converts opponents' draws into exiles they may play. As a 4/4 with disruptive exchange of draws for plays, it can enable aggressive tempo lines for you while altering opponents' card access.
