Description

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor (SNC-360) is a legendary creature card from Streets of New Capenna. It gives its controller haste and lets them exile the top card of their library at the beginning of their upkeep and play that card that turn. It also replaces each opponent’s draw on their upkeeps with exiling the top card of their library, allowing opponents to play those exiled cards that turn instead.
