Description

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor (SNC-346) is a legendary creature in the Streets of New Capenna set that is a Phyrexian Praetor with haste. It exiles the top card of your library at each of your upkeeps and lets you play that card that turn, and it similarly replaces opponents' draws during their upkeeps by exiling their top card and allowing them to play it. Its effect changes how cards enter play and interacts with draw timing, enabling both aggressive turns for its controller and disruptive or unusual card access for opponents.
