Description

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor (SNC 129) is a legendary Phyrexian Praetor creature from the Streets of New Capenna set. It grants haste and replaces card draws by exiling the top card of the library for the controller to play that turn, and does the same to each opponent’s draw on their upkeep. Its disruptive replacement-draw effect can alter card selection and timing for multiple players, making it relevant in aggressive and political play patterns.
