Undercover Operative (SNC 63) is a Rare blue Creature — Shapeshifter Rogue from Streets of New Capenna. It may enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield and can enter with a shield counter if you control the copied creature, which can prevent one event that would destroy or deal damage to it by removing the counter. As a copy-on-enter effect with conditional protection, it can be used for both value plays copying powerful creatures and as a temporary resilient body in tempo or control strategies.
