Description

Toluz, Clever Conductor (SNC 336) is a legendary creature — Human Rogue from the Streets of New Capenna expansion. When it enters the battlefield it connives (draw then discard, and if you discard a nonland card it gets a +1/+1 counter) and it exiles cards you discard while it’s in play. When Toluz dies, the cards exiled with it are returned to their owners’ hands, creating a recurring-value discard theme.
