Description

Toluz, Clever Conductor (SNC 228) is a legendary Human Rogue from Streets of New Capenna. When it enters the battlefield it connives (draw then discard) and can gain a +1/+1 counter if you discard a nonland card, and it exiles cards you discard while it’s on the battlefield. When Toluz dies, the cards it exiled are returned to their owners' hands, creating a unique recur/exile synergy for discard-focused decks.
