Slip Out the Back (SNC 62) is a one-mana blue instant from Streets of New Capenna that interacts with creatures. It puts a +1/+1 counter on target creature and phases that creature out until its controller's next turn. The phasing removes the creature from combat and makes it immune to targeting and continuous effects while it is phased out.
