Shattered Seraph (SNC 333) is a creature — Angel Rogue from Streets of New Capenna. It has flying and an enter-the-battlefield trigger that gains you 3 life, and it can be exiled from your hand for {2} to grant a land a white/blue/black mana ability and be cast from exile while that land has the ability. The exile-granting effect continues to let the land produce that mana even if the Seraph is removed from exile, and that mana can be used to cast the Seraph while it remains exiled.
