Rooftop Nuisance (SNC-57) is a blue sorcery from Streets of New Capenna that features the Casualty 1 mechanic. As it resolves it can tap a creature and keep it from untapping on its controller's next untap step and also lets you draw a card. Paying the casualty cost by sacrificing a creature copies the spell, letting you tap another target creature and draw an additional card.
