It is modal with three options: force an opponent to sacrifice their highest mana-value creature or planeswalker, exile the top three cards of your library and let you play them until your next end step, or exile a target player's graveyard. The modes provide either removal, card advantage/tempo by temporarily accessing library cards, or graveyard hate depending on which option you choose.
