Rakish Revelers (SNC 393, Foil) is a three-toughness creature with Elf Druid Rogue subtypes from Streets of New Capenna. When it enters the battlefield it makes a 1/1 green and white Citizen token, and it has an exile-from-hand ability that gives a target land a red/green/white mana ability while allowing you to cast it from exile. The exile ability can be used to turn a land into a mana source for casting this card and can continue granting that ability even if the card later leaves exile without being cast.
