Rakish Revelers (SNC 214) is a common Creature — Elf Druid Rogue from Streets of New Capenna. When it enters the battlefield it creates a 1/1 green and white Citizen token, and it can be exiled from your hand to give a land a R/G/W mana ability and be cast from exile. The granted mana ability can be used to cast it from exile and persists on the land even if the card leaves exile without being cast.
