Lord Xander, the Collector (SNC-197 foil) is a legendary creature with Vampire, Demon, and Noble subtypes from Streets of New Capenna. When he enters, attacks, or dies he triggers symmetrical 'half' effects that force an opponent to discard, mill their library, or sacrifice nonland permanents, each rounded down. His 6/6 body and three-color mana cost make him a late-game finisher and a centerpiece for decks aiming to grind opponents down with resource-halving effects.
