Description

Lagrella, the Magpie (SNC 196) is a legendary creature card from Streets of New Capenna that is a three-mana G/W/U Human Soldier. When it enters the battlefield you exile any number of other target creatures controlled by different players until Lagrella leaves, and any that enter under your control this way get two +1/+1 counters. This creates a temporary control-and-upgrade effect useful for reanimator, blink, or political exchange strategies in multiplayer games.
