As you cast it you may sacrifice a creature with power 3 or greater to copy the spell, and otherwise it searches your library for a card and puts it into your hand. The casualty copy resolves immediately and can choose new targets, enabling card advantage or redundancy when you have a suitable creature to sacrifice.
