Glamorous Outlaw (SNC-190) is a Creature — Vampire Rogue from Streets of New Capenna. When it enters the battlefield it deals 2 damage to each opponent and lets you scry 2, and it also has an activated exile-from-hand ability that grants a land a color-changing mana ability while allowing you to cast it from exile. The exile ability can be used to enable off-color mana sources and you may use that granted mana to cast Glamorous Outlaw while it remains exiled.
