She gives flying and vigilance, buffs other Angels entering by adding extra +1/+1 counters based on Angels you already control, and can tap to produce white mana that is restricted to casting Angel spells. Her presence supports Angel tribal strategies by both strengthening newly played Angels and fixing mana for further Angel casting.
