Whenever she or another Vampire you control enters, you exile the top card of each player's library with a collection counter, and once each turn you may play cards exiled this way that you caused and may spend mana as though it were any color to cast them. As a midrange value engine she supports Vampire tribal strategies and provides color-fixing flexibility for multicolored spells.
