Description

Elspeth Resplendent (SNC 341) is a legendary white Planeswalker from the Streets of New Capenna set. Her +1 puts a +1/+1 counter and a chosen counter (flying, first strike, lifelink, or vigilance) on a creature, her −3 lets you reveal seven cards and put a permanent with mana value 3 or less onto the battlefield with a shield counter, and her −7 creates five 3/3 white Angel tokens with flying. The shield counter granted by her −3 protects a permanent by preventing damage once per counter but does not stop state-based destruction or prevent sacrifice.
