It draws X cards and causes you to lose X life, and it has Casualty 3 which lets you sacrifice a creature with power 3 or greater as an additional cost to copy the spell. The casualty copy resolves before the original and the value of X is the same for both copies, enabling immediate doubled card draw when you pay the casualty cost.
