Cemetery Tampering (SNC 69) is a black enchantment from Streets of New Capenna. It has Hideaway 5, exiling a card face down when it enters and allowing its controller to look at that exiled card, and at the beginning of your upkeep you may mill three cards and, once your graveyard has twenty or more cards, you may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost. Its role is to enable graveyard-stacking and potential free-casting of a powerful exiled card as a late-game payoff.
