A Little Chat (SNC-47) is an Uncommon Instant. It lets you look at the top two cards of your library, put one into your hand and the other on the bottom, and has Casualty 1 to optionally sacrifice a creature to copy the spell. If the casualty cost is paid the copy is created on the stack and resolves before the original, and the copy is not considered cast so abilities that trigger on casting a spell will not trigger.
