Tolarian Contempt (MAT 8) is an uncommon blue enchantment from March of the Machine: The Aftermath that enters the battlefield and places rejection counters on each creature your opponents control. At the beginning of your end step you may choose up to one target creature with a rejection counter for each opponent, forcing that creature's owner to put it on either the top or bottom of their library.
