When it enters the battlefield you draw a card, and while it’s on the battlefield any planeswalker with loyalty counters loses all abilities and becomes a creature with power and toughness equal to its loyalty counters. This card therefore converts opposing or friendly planeswalkers into creatures, changing how they interact with combat, damage, and loyalty counters and enabling creature-based answers or synergies.
