Description

Sarkhan, Soul Aflame (MAT-225 foil) is a legendary Human Shaman creature from March of the Machine: The Aftermath. It reduces the generic cost of Dragon spells you cast by {1} and can become a copy of a Dragon you control until end of turn when one enters. As a copy effect it keeps its name and legendary status while adopting only the copied Dragon's printed characteristics, which makes it useful for creating temporary additional threats or utility from Dragons you already have.
