Tolarian Contempt (MAT-108, Etched Foil) is a blue enchantment from March of the Machine: The Aftermath. When it enters, it puts a rejection counter on each creature opponents control and then at your end step you can make each opponent put one of their creatures with a rejection counter on either the top or bottom of its owner’s library. The effect provides recurring tempo control by repeatedly forcing opponents to choose library placement for marked creatures, enabling disruption and deck manipulation strategies.
