Description

Plargg and Nassari (MAT-68) is a legendary creature card from March of the Machine: The Aftermath that is an Orc Efreet costing {3}{R}{R}. At the beginning of your upkeep each player exiles cards from the top of their library until a nonland card is exiled, an opponent chooses one of those nonland cards, and you may cast up to two of the other exiled nonland cards without paying their mana costs. This ability can produce free spells you cast during resolution, but permanents cast this way won't resolve until after you finish casting spells and interaction rules (such as choosing X or alternative costs) apply as detailed in official rulings.
