Description

Plargg and Nassari (MAT-202 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Orc Efreet from March of the Machine: The Aftermath. Its upkeep trigger exiles cards from each player’s library until a nonland card is revealed and lets you cast up to two of the other exiled nonland cards without paying their mana costs. The ability creates high variance value and can enable big tempo swings by casting free spells from multiple sets of exiled cards.
