Plargg and Nassari

Description

Plargg and Nassari (MAT-18 foil) is a legendary Orc Efreet creature from March of the Machine: The Aftermath. At the beginning of your upkeep, players exile cards from their libraries until a nonland is exiled, an opponent chooses one of those nonland cards, and you may cast up to two of the remaining exiled nonland spells without paying their mana costs. The ability can generate free spells each turn and interacts with ordering and targeting rules for spells cast this way, making it a combo- and value-oriented red commander or midrange option.
