Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep (MAT-35) is a legendary Merfolk Noble creature from the March of the Machine: The Aftermath set. She has vigilance and ward 3 and triggers when you cast a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent from hand to look at the top X cards and may cast one with mana value less than X without paying its mana cost. Her role is to enable large sea-creature chains and cheat additional spells into play to advance a big-creature or tempo strategy.
