Description

A legendary black-green ooze with a companion requirement that forces every nonland card in your starting deck to share a card type. When it enters the battlefield you choose a card type, and thereafter spells you cast of that type cost one generic mana less to cast. Printed in Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths (2020), this card introduced a companion requirement that influenced deckbuilding discussions and was part of the companion mechanic's broader rules updates that year.
