Description

Vadrok, Apex of Thunder (IKO 383) is a legendary creature card from Ikoria that’s a three-power, three-toughness Elemental Dinosaur Cat with flying and first strike. It has a mutate cost and its triggered ability lets you cast a targeted noncreature card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard without paying its mana cost when it mutates. As a legendary mutate creature it supports graveyard recursion and aggressive aerial combat roles in decks that can pay its blue-red-white color mix.
