Description

Vadrok, Apex of Thunder (IKO-383) is a legendary Elemental Dinosaur Cat creature from the Ikoria expansion. It has flying and first strike and a mutate ability that lets it be cast over another non-Human creature for {1}{W/U}{R}{R}. Whenever it mutates you may cast a noncreature card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard without paying its mana cost, enabling graveyard recursion and flashback-style tempo plays.
