Parcelbeast (IKO-304) is a green-blue Elemental Beast creature from the Ikoria set. It has Mutate for GU and an activated ability that lets you look at the top card of your library and either put a land from the top onto the battlefield or draw it into your hand. The card can serve as both a mutate target or a value engine that ramps or digs for lands without counting as playing a land for the turn.
