Parcelbeast (IKO 199, Uncommon) is a green-blue Creature — Elemental Beast from Ikoria with Mutate and a 4/4 printed body. It has a tap ability that lets you look at the top card of your library and either put it onto the battlefield if it’s a land or draw it, and its mutate cost lets it combine with a non-Human you own. As a Mutate creature it can be cast over or under eligible creatures to transfer abilities and become part of a mutate pile for flexible midrange or toolbox roles.
