Description

Lutri, the Spellchaser (IKO 227) is a Legendary Creature — Elemental Otter from Ikoria that can serve as a companion requiring each nonland card in your starting deck to have a different name. It has Flash and an enters-the-battlefield ability that, if you cast Lutri, copies target instant or sorcery you control and allows you to choose new targets for the copy. The companion option also lets you pay 3 to put Lutri into your hand from outside the game before the game starts, enabling off-deck access under companion rules.
