It exiles up to three monocolored cards with different names from your library, an opponent picks one to shuffle back, then you may cast the remaining exiled cards without paying their mana costs as it resolves. The spells you cast this way must use 0 for any X in their costs and can have additional costs paid, and timing permissions are ignored while casting them.
